PRE ORDER SERVICE

We have now introduced a PRE-ORDER option to accommodate customers requests, whether they wish to order a product that is out of stock or perhaps unavailable in the size needed.

Should you have a specific requirement or individual specifications, eg: size wise, colour stone or plating variation, do not hesitate to get in touch. We cannot always guarantee that everything is possible, but once we gather the correct information from you and we find out from our suppliers in India if it is something doable, we can reassure that we will do our best. 

As you can appreciate, once we place the Pre-Order, the specific product will be handmade especially for you by our production team in India; therefore, in these circumstances we do require the payment in advance. 

We also would like to advice you that the orders can take an estimated 3-4 weeks, as our products are entirely handcrafted by artisans and then shipped back to our studios in London.
